For regular products, our monthly capacity is 10,000 pieces. During peak seasons, we can increase capacity by 30% through additional production lines and shift scheduling. We can flexibly adjust production based on your order requirements.

Yes. We support mainstream third‑party audits including BSCI, ISO, and Sedex. We can provide complete factory qualification documents and historical audit reports, and we also cooperate with on‑site inspections arranged by clients.

Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM customization services – including product appearance, logo printing, packaging, and formula specifications. Our in‑house design team can produce renderings and mold development solutions.

For standard stock items, the MOQ is 1 carton. For customized items, MOQ varies by material and process requirements. Small trial orders are negotiable, and new mold development requires a base MOQ.

Stock samples are dispatched within 1–3 days, and the sample fee is fully refundable upon bulk order confirmation. Custom samples take 5–7 working days – a mold fee is charged but can be reduced or waived once the order quantity meets our threshold. Shipping costs are borne by the customer (collect or prepaid).

We follow a three‑stage quality inspection process: incoming raw material full inspection → in‑process random checks during production → final full inspection before shipment. QC reports are retained for every batch. We offer replacement, refund, or replenishment for any quality issues.
